Running advanced AI models require significant resources. To sustain Nano Helix without compromising its performance and innovation, we need to cover operational costs.
All sessions are stored locally, so only you have access to your projects.
You do! All outputs and generated content are owned by you, whether you're using the free or premium version of Nano Helix. You are free to use them for any purpose, including commercial applications.
You can go to your account settings in nanohelix.ai and update your credit card information or cancel your subscription.
Yes! You can cancel anytime by logging into nanohelix.ai --> Settings --> Manage subscription.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as costs incurred for running AI models are high. In turn, our upstream providers do not let us ask for refunds. You can cancel anytime though and your subscription ends.
We currently support two cutting-edge protein AI models: Boltz (open-source implementation of AlphaFold3), RFDiffusion, RFAntibody and ProteinMPNN. We're actively working on integrating more models to provide you with a comprehensive suite of protein design and analysis tools.
Nano Helix ships with Boltz, an open-source implementation of AlphaFold 3, so you can run accurate protein structure prediction in complex with ligands, RNA or DNA right away—no extra downloads required.
The Hobby plan is free forever and lets you model proteins with AlphaFold-based Boltz and access limited AI design credits. Paid plans unlock higher monthly credits, advanced pipelines, and priority compute.
Nano Helix offers native installers for macOS and Windows
Both. Use RFDiffusion and ProteinMPNN for de-novo or guided protein sequence design, then evaluate confidence scores and structural metrics in one place.
Nano Helix ships with a built-in PyMOL™ engine. Every model you generate opens instantly in an embedded PyMOL viewer—no manual export steps needed.
Yes. The Pipeline feature lets you chain steps— RFDiffusion design → ProteinMPNN design → Boltz (AlphaFold) design → RMSD filter—using a drag-and-drop UI.
Yes. RF Antibody is included with an interactive UI, with automatic pairing to ProteinMPNN and AlphaFold for structure refinement.
Unlike cloud notebooks, Nano Helix offers a desktop app with a simple UI to run models. In addition, it allows you to automate protein modeling workflows, and unifies prediction, design, and visualization. It also offers an AI Copilot that automates tasks and guide you through simulations.
Yes. Boltz supports complex-mode prediction, allowing you to model protein–ligand, protein–DNA, or protein–RNA interactions out-of-the-box.
Yes. Advanced settings let you specify point-group symmetry, guiding potentials, and design constraints without editing config files manually.
Feel free to reach out directly for support. We're here to help you make the most out of Nano Helix!
